We pick her up every morning starting at 8:00 a.m. We allow a grace period of 15 minutes. Just leave it with the labeled envelope and ready at reception or the indicated point before 08.15 and you can go out and enjoy the journey. If you selected cash payment, remember to leave the total amount inside the sealed envelope.

Our team will locate it and deliver it to your accommodation as soon as possible. You can use the GPS tracking link to see its progress. We always recommend carefully checking the accommodations listed in your booking before making it to avoid problems. If the mistake is ours, we will refund the money for that leg of the trip and cover any expenses that arise in transporting your luggage, so you don't have to worry.
